INCAZELO yomkhiqizo:
Isanqante esomile ukunakekelwa ilungu lomndeni weparsley. Ziye zaziwa njengokudla okunikeza impilo izinkulungwane zeminyaka futhi zaziwa ekhoneni lomhlaba futhi zingaphathwa njengezisobho, ukugovuza-thosa, usoso, usawoti… Ziphezulu ku-Vitamin A futhi zinokulwa nomdlavuza ukudla. Imikhiqizo yethu yesanqante eyomile ayigcinwa kuphela ukudla okunomsoco, futhi nokuba nezimo eziningi nesikhathi esishelufu eside.
IMISEBENZI:
ICarrob inokudla okunomsoco okuphezulu, okungaphekwa noma kudliwe kungaphekiwe, futhi kungapheka izinhlobo eziningi zezitsha. Amaqathi aqukethe izakhi zomzimba, kufaka phakathi i-sucrose, isitashi, i-carotene, i-vitamin B1, i-vitamin B2, i-folate, ama-amino acid ahlukahlukene (i-lysine eyengeziwe), i-mannitol, i-lignin, i-pectin, i-quercetin, i-kaempferol, uwoyela oguquguqukayo, i-caffeic acid, i-calcium nezinye izakhi zamaminerali .
ISICELO:
Izaqathe ezingenamanzi zingasetshenziswa ngokwehlukana noma ngokuhlanganiswa nesobho, i-casseroles, isitshulu, i-pastas nokuningi.
