INCAZELO yomkhiqizo:

Amaqathi aqukethe izakhi zomzimba, kufaka phakathi i-sucrose, isitashi, i-carotene, i-vitamin B1, i-vitamin B2, i-folate, ama-amino acid ahlukahlukene (i-lysine eyengeziwe), i-mannitol, i-lignin, i-pectin, i-quercetin, i-kaempferol, uwoyela oguquguqukayo, i-caffeic acid, i-calcium nezinye izakhi zamaminerali .

ISICELO:

Izaqathe ezingenamanzi zingasetshenziswa ngokwehlukana noma ngokuhlanganiswa nesobho, i-casseroles, isitshulu, i-pastas nokuningi.
