INCAZELO yomkhiqizo:
UCarrot ukunakekelwa ilungu lomndeni weparsley. Ziye zaziwa njengokudla okunikeza impilo izinkulungwane zeminyaka futhi zithandwa ekhoneni lomhlaba futhi zingaphathwa njengezisobho, ukugovuza-gazinga, usoso, usawoti. Ziphezulu ku-Vitamin A nokunye kokudla okulwa nomdlavuza. Imikhiqizo yethu yesanqante eyomile ayigcinwa kuphela ukudla okunomsoco, futhi nokuba nezimo eziningi nesikhathi esishelufu eside.
